His speciality is construction and architectural law; he provides legal consultancy for construction projects, sets up the respective agreements and – thanks to his longstanding forensic experience – he represents contracting authorities and suppliers in proceedings before courts of arbitration.

Oliver Bakes advises project developers, project controllers, large and middle-sized construction enterprises, public contracting authorities, architects and engineering offices in all stages of their construction project. He develops an effective management of supplements, analyses disruptions in the construction process, provides support and initiates the implementation of measures ensuring that deadlines can be kept.

He offers practically oriented workshops for construction site managers and representatives of contracting authorities; in-house training schemes are common practice once he has set up a tailor-made contract concept.
